Bernard Palanca happy for Rica Peralajo's wedding

WHAT CAN BERNARD Palanca say about the recent marriage of ex-GF Rica Peralejo to a pastor, Joseph Bonifacio? "Congratulations to her and her husband. I wish them all the best," he says at the presscon of "Panday Kids". "When I got married din naman, that was her wish for me."

As we all know, his marriage to Meryll Soriano didn't last long, but it produced a baby boy, Elijah. Their relationship ended badly. How are they now? "Better, we're slowly becoming good friends, for the sake of Elijah. No more ill feelings."
What can he say now that Meryll is on with Joem Bascon? "Sa akin, kunsaan siya happy, okay lang. I know Joem, he's a good guy. When I visited Elijah once, Joem was there. He's okay."

He himself would now rather remain unattached than get hitched again. In GMA-7's new telefantasya, "Panday Kids" that starts airing tonight replacing "Darna", he plays the father of new child star Sabrina Man. "But it doesn't mean I'm closing my doors on ABS dahil dun ako nagsimula. I have more job opportunities as freelancer at kunsaan may trabaho doon ako. When I'm off cam, I'm also busy with my work as events organizer commissioned by different companies. I really want to do something different from acting."
