Bugoy turned 20 on January 1 and is so proud that his hit song, "Paano Na Kaya", was used as the title song of the new Gerald Anderson-Kim Chiu movie. "Sana nga, kinuha rin ako to act doon kasi I really want to try acting," he adds. He now lives with an aunt in Antipolo while his parents and four siblings are still in Bicol. "With the P400,000 I won as second placer sa PDA, I was able to buy land at ginawang palayan ngayon ng father ko. I'm also sending my two elder sisters to college and two younger sisters to high school. I'm the third sa amin and the only boy."
Jay-R did several soaps like "Pangarap na Bituin", "Palos" and "Patayin sa Sindak si Barbara", then he gained so much weight he lost assignments. Now, he has shed off his unwanted pounds through dieting and exercise and he's part of "Pepeng Agimat". He turned 23 on January 21 and is now part of Voizboys on ASAP with Nico Antonio, Guji Lorenzana and Tom Rodriguez. They're now recording a new album supervised by hitmaker Vehnee Saturno. What happened to Ronnie Liang who's part of Voizboys? "He's under contract with another label so he can't join us," he says. And what happened to his romance with Irish Fullerton? "Break na kami, matagal na."
Is Kian Kazemi contented with the slow pace of his career? "Okay lang, di naman ako nababakante. I did 'Tayong Dalawa' and 'The Wedding' and I'm now glad to play Judy Ann Santos' friend in the new soap 'Habang May Buhay'. I also did a cameo role in the movie 'Paano Na Kaya' and I'm still hosting the travel show 'Trip na Trip'. I'm also busy managing our family's restaurant chain, Persian Grill, that have two branches in Makati and one each in SM Megamall and SM North Edsa near Skydome."
Jommy Teotico is happy that ABS continues to give him projects. "I'm a regular in 'George & Cecil' then I did 'Your Song' with Pokwang and am now doing 'Midnight Phantom' in Precious Hearts with Denise Laurel and Rafael Rossell." What did he do with the P2million cash he won from Fear Factor? "I invested some in business at yung iba binili ko ng mga pansarili kong gamit. We're putting up an events organizing company to help yung mga kakilala kong artista na walang assignment ngayon." He has a girlfriend but she's now in California. "She's a nurse at nag-on kami four months ago, but she left for the U.S. two months ago so it's a long distance love affair."
