Two Reality Shows ended one week apart

TWO REALITY SHOWS ended one week after the other: Pinoy Big Brother Double Up on ABS-CBN and Starstruck V on GMA-7. In PBB, two "promdis" won. Melai from GenSan and Jason from Mindoro who looks and sounds like a real country bumpkin. In Starstruck, two half-breeds who are both balikbayans are the winners. Sarah Lahbati, 5'8" at 16, has a Filipina mom from Cavite and a Moroccan dad. They're based in Switzerland. Steven Silva has a mom who's half-Pinay, half-Chinese, and a Portuguese dad. They are based in Sacramento, California. They start their showbiz careers simultaneously. Melai and Jason now have their "Melason" love story being serialized daily at 10 AM on ABS. Sarah and Steven will also be assigned their own shows soon. Let's see whose caeers will really flourish in the next year or so, what with fans so fickle-minded these days and stars have very ephemeral shelf lives.
