SHOWBIZ CENTRAL showed fotos of Brazilian-Japanese model Akihiro Sato in provocative poses with an older gay photographer in Thailand. Looking at the fotos, you'd suspect they really have a relationship but Akihiro denied this in the show. He says the photographer is like family to him as the guy helped prepare his portfolio of fotos when he tried modeling in Thailand. He considers him like his papa. As usual, he just keeps on smiling and laughing while explaining in his fractured English that he is not gay and he prefers girls. "At least hindi napipikon," someone quips.
GMA-7 continues to give him assignments and he now plays Jolina Magdangal's love interest in "Panday Kids".
