Andrea Bautista-Ynares all set to deliver second baby girl

ANDREA BAUTISTA-YNARES, younger sister of Sen. Bong Revilla and wife of Rizal Gov. Junjun Ynares, is scheduled to give birth to their second baby anytime now, a girl just like their first born, Cassandra, who's now two years old. Junjun is running for reelection and Andeng is very active in campaigning for him and her brother even if she's already due to have a date with the stork. As Rizal's first lady, Andeng is hands on in the socio-civic programs and activities for their constituents, making her an ideal partner for Junjun in serving the public.

In his first term as governor, Junjun spent P439 million for the construction of 353 new classroom and the improvement of 587 existing ones. He also sent 1,358 students to get free college education. "I believe education is the key to improve the lives of our people, that's why I made education a top priority in my programs," he says.

A doctor by profession, Junjun's efforts in providing adequate supply of blood to poor patients in public hospitals through recruitment and retention of blood donors in Rizal province earned him the Most Outstanding Local Government Executive award this year from the Dept. of Health's Center for Health Development. The United Nations Development Program has also given Rizal Province its third straight award for its program on the growth and improvement of its personnel. Rizal also posted zero hunger rate and the lowest malnutrition incidents in the Calabarzon region. The Finance Dept. also lauded the Rizal Provincial Govt's Revenue Collections, with business taxes generation P394 million, exceeding its P360 million target.
