LIFE FOR EUGENE Domingo is currently moving on a very fast lane. With the success of her launching flick, "KimmY Dora", she's besieged with one project after another. She was a hit as the sex guru doing bedscenes with Wendell Ramos in "Hot Mama". She's in the youth drama "First Time", hosting a kiddie show "Watchamakulit", and now, doing an adult comedy show, "Comedy Bar", that starts tonight after "Imbestigador". Her current movie, "Working Girls" for GMA-Viva Films, is a bonafide box office hit raking in P8 million on opening day. And she has just finished filming another potential comedy blockbuster, "Here Comes the Bride" for Star Cinema-Quantum Films, where she shares topbilling with Angelica Panganiban. On Monday, she'll start shooting yet another new film for Regal, "Single Moms", with John Lapus. Then she'll do the sequel "Kimmy Dora 3". "We'll skip yung 2, 3 na agad," she says. Does she still sleep?
"Oo naman. I get to rest kapag may napa-packup akong taping or shooting. But I don't complain kasi I want to make hay while the sun shines. Sa ngayon, I'm just thankful for all the good opportunities coming my way. Well, better late than never kaya sige lang ng sige while the iron is hot.
How about her lovelife? "Ano yun?
Uge (her pet name) hosts "Comedy Bar" with Allan K and Fabio, plus they have three sexy girls (Luane, Given, Beth) and three muscled hunks (Ian, David, Casey) to help them called Virgins, which, according to producer Hazel Abonita, means Beer Gins since they'll be serving drinks to the guests while the show is going on. There's also a live band with Jay Perillo as vocalist.
