TEEN stars Barbie Forteza, Joshua Dionisio, Jake Vargas and Bea Binene all screamed with delight when they were told that they quickly have a new project after "First Time" ends on the air. They will all star in "Ang Pilyang Kerubin" with Barbie playing the title role. Matet de Leon already starred in a movie of the same time in the 80s at the height of her popularity as a child star, so for sure, the TV remake will be updated as Barbie is already a teener and will be made to fit the present generation of viewers. Meantime, looks like the entry of Eugene Domingo in "First Time" as guidance counsellor Barbarella Jackson has helped the show gain more viewers. In a retreat conducted by Eugene, Barbie as Cyndi realizes she doesn't have to force her friendship with Joshua as Lukas, who continues to avoid her. Barbie also gets to meet her real mom, Teresa (Harlene Bautista), and this saddens her foster mom, Hilda (Ana Capri), especially when Teresa asks Barbie to join her in her trip back to the States.
