ALTHOUGH they've yet to admit that they're officially on, it's obvious Geoff Eigenmann and Carla Abellana are truly specially close these days, attending intimate functions of each other's family like Geoff brother's Ryan's wedding and the despedida party for his dad Michael when he returned to the U.S. Carla was also with Geoff and his family members vacationing in Bohol before Holy Week and she even hosted an asalto birthday dinner for Geoff.
It's apparent they take good care of their love team. After their guest appearance in "The Last Prince" as Prince Javino and Sonia, they will soon have their own afternoon teleserye, "Basahang Ginto", a remake of a 1952 movie starring Alicia Vergel and Pancho Magalona about a poor housemaid who is transformed into a sophisticated socialite. This will replace the current "Ina, Kasusuklaman Ba Kita?"
