GMA network trade launch at SMX

THE GMA NETWORK trade launch at the MOA SMX Convention Center turned out to be a grand party introducing the Kapuso Network's latest shows and new stars aimed to sustain their status as the top TV station, as anchored by their new Sunday noontime show, "Party Pilipinas". It started with vibrant production numbers topbiloled by Kyla, JayR, Aljur Abrenica, Frencheska Farr, Mark Bautista, Geoff Taylor and Mark Herras. Also on hand were "First Time" teen stars Joshua Dionisio, Barbie Forteza, Jake Vargas and Bea Binene with Startstruck V winners Sarah Lahbati and Steven Silva, Julie Ann San Jose and Elmo Magalona. The hosts included Regine V., Ogie A, Jaya, Janno G, Raymond Gutierrez, Bella Padilla, Tim Yap and Ian Batherson. Providing comedy are Michael V of "Pepito Manaloto" and Allan K and Eugene Domingo of the new show "Comedy Bar".

New shows include "Endless Love" with Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera (who also did an entertaining number and plugged their new movie, "You To Me Are Everything" that will be shown on May 4), "Pilyang Kerubin" with the First Time teens, "Survivor Philippines 2010, Celeberity Edition", and "Take Me Out" dating game hosted by Jay R.

Sister station Q Channel 11 also showed a lineup of their latest shows, plus an update about "American Idol Season 9". All the top GMA execs were there: GMA President and CEO Felipe L. Gozon, EVP & COO Gilberto R. Duavit, Jr., GMA Films Pres. Annette Gozon-Abrogar, GMA Marketing and Productions, Inc. President and COO Lizelle G. Maralag and Senior Vice President for Entertainment TV Wilma V. Galvante.
