REPLACING THE DETHRONED Venus Raj (due to questionable Filipino citizenship) as Bb. Pilipinas Universe is 2nd runner up Nicolette Henson from Pampanga since 1st runnerup Diane Necio is only 17 and the Miss Universe pageant requires its contestants to be 18 and above. Nicolette is 21 years old and broadcast journalism major at St. Scholastica's College. She says it has always been her dream to be a beauty queen so she was pleasantly shocked when informed she'll represent our country in the next Miss Universe competition. "I promise to do my very best," she says.
