TAKE ME OUT is a hot dating game show that will cater to yuppie types looking for love but with it's current 5:30 timeslot, it's not hitting its target audience who are still out of their homes at 5:30 PM, a timeslot more fit for housewives and kids. GMA exec Gigi Santiago tells us that due to the request of young people who miss the show, they'll start replaying it tonight at 12:30 after "Saksi". Tonight, watch out for the guy who'll play searcher, Miguel Patrick Masigan or Migs. He's definitely showbiz material and we told Gigi to bring him to GMA Artist Center so they can manage him. He's 6'4", has a hunky physique, clean cut boy-next-door goodlooks and photogenic at that. A pre-med biology major at UST, he's 21, born in the U.S., but his family returned to Manila when he was 5. Is he willing to try showbiz? "Why not if given the chance?" For the first time, no one among the 30 girl contestants in "Take Me Out" turned off her light for Miguel. All of them want to get him. But the lucky girl is 22-year old Japino Kyoko Amano, who grew up in Tokyo but speaks good Tagalog. "My Filipina mom taught me para hindi raw ako mapaglaruan dito," she says. For their date, they went to a Japanese resto in Eastwood. "After the crew that covered our dinner left, we stayed on to talk," says Migs. "We didn't notice it's already 4AM and the waiters told us we have to go kasi they'll sleep na." What does he like in Kyoko? "All the girls are pretty, but Kyoko's gorgeous. She's simple, nothing in her is fake." So will this lead to something more serious? "We don't know yet, but right now, we're both unattached."
