SHOWBIZ CENTRAL reported that Hayden Kho went to Arizona last week to attend a rehab-retreat for troubled persons and he'd be gone for one month. He'll be back in time for the next hearing of his case with Katrina Halili, June 7. The lawyer of Katrina, Atty. Raymund Palad, was interviewed about this. He said Hayden has an undertaking in court not to leave without court permission. "He obviously violated this so we'll file a motion to issue a hold departure order for him and possibly to cancel his passport since it's indicated in the undertaking that this may be done if he'd leave without court permission," he says.
