Shortly after that, Miriam became Bb. Pilipinas and later joined showbiz. Her life changed and we later heard she broke up with Martin, who's now married to a lovely girl aptly named Pretty. They have a son and they're also very active as volunteers in the Discovery Weekend handling the topic, Confidence and Dialogue. Martin is such a responsible, God-fearing man. We sometimes wonder: what if he and Miriam didn't part? Well, maybe they're really not meant for each other.
