Nonito Donaire wants to have another go with Vic Darchinyan

NONITO DONAIRE, now a GMA talent, was named Knockout of the Year in 2007 for felling his opponent Darchinyan in the 5th round. "He's always saying it's just a lucky punch so I really want to have a rematch with him. Let's do it now. I want him in that ring on August 21. He signed a contract to fight me and I'm gonna be in that right in front of his face on that day."

So what's stopping their rematch? "I have no idea. I think Top Rank and Gary Shaw have come to an agreement that's all promoter stuff. But how can they stop this fight? It's supposed to be the biggest grudge match in the lower weights and it's good for boxing. We have to finish it. People are already lining up to buy tickets for this rematch."

After Darchinyan, he's ready to face Montiel who just knocked out Japan's Hasegawa. "I'll fight him but only after Darchinyan."
