Tetchie Agbayani admits past affair with Joey de Leon

AT THE PRESSCON of TV5's "My Darling Aswang", Tetchie Agbayani, who plays title-roler Daiana Menezes' aswang mother, was asked if it's true that she had an affair with Joey de Leon when she was younger and was a Playboy model. This was a secret then so it came as a surprise to the writers present at the affair. "Matagal na yun, tapos na yun," she says. "Hindi nagtagal, ayaw ni Eileen (Macapagal, who became Joey's wife)."

What if Vic Sotto would guest his Pareng Joey in "My Darling Aswang"? "O, di okay lang. Okay naman kami ni Joey kapag nagkikita kami. Kayo talaga, pinagpapawisan ako sa mga tanong nyo."

Vic butts in at this point. "Sabi ko na sa inyo, si Joey talaga ang playboy at hindi ako."

Tetchie is now married and has a teenage daughter. She says when Vic offered to her the role of the aswang mother in "My Darling Aswang", she didn't have any second thoughts. "Nagkatrabaho na kami noon ni Vic sa 'Okay Ka Fairy Ko' years ago kaya naman enjoy ako makatrabaho siya uli rito."
