Also, the fact that Marian has never agreed to pose for FHM is a big factor why its readers don't favor her that much. Now, even Cristine Reyes (last year's no. 1) has overtaken her at the No. 2 slot so she's just in No. 3. The final list will be announced next week and so far, Iwa Moto is 4th, while Erich Gonzales is 5th, Katrina Halili is 6th, Angelica Panganiban is 7th, Ehra Madrigal is 8th, Bangs Garcia is 9th, and wonder of wonders, the 40-year old Regine Velasquez who has never done any sexy pictorial is No. 10. Her hit show, "Diva", must have done wonders for Regine.

JC DE VERA'S "Tato.45" starts his stint at "TV5 Star Specials" tonight at 8:30 so he promoted it in "Paparazzi" last Sunday. It's obvious he's not chummy with the show's only male host, DJ Mo. Is it because Mo is said to be the new squeeze of Rhian Ramos who used to be his inamorata when they did "La Lola"? "No, okay naman kami," he says. "Hindi lang kami close kasi never kaming nagkaroon ng chance to work together noong nasa GMA pa kami kaya never pa kaming nag-usap o nagkakuwentuhan. Pero wala kaming problema."
He was asked to what object he'd compare his past girlfriends. Michelle Madrigal? "A pillow, masarap kasi siyang yakapin." Pauleen Luna? "Cellfone kasi hanggang text at calls lang ang relasyon namin." Sexbomb Aifah? "Isang maganda't mamahaling alahas." Rhian Ramos? "Eraser. Para burahin na lang yung nakaraan and forget everything. Ayoko na maulit anuman yung nangyari noon." He added that among his past GF's, the one he'd prefer to go back to is Aifah.

CARL GUEVARRA's move to GMA-7 and being in a toprated primetime telefantasya like "The Last Prince" apparently did him a lot of good. Now more buff and personable, he exudes the aura of a true star, unlike before when he seems to be just one of those wannabees. "I'm really thankful to be part of a toprated show like 'Last Prince' kasi nakatulong ang exposure ko rito para ma makilala ako ng tao," he says. "I'm also glad to be given the chance to work with Kris Bernal and Aljur Abrenica at naging maganda talaga ang working relationship namin. Akong napangasawa ni Kris sa story at inako ko ang naging anak nila ni Aljur, si Princess, who looks like a monkey at gustong sunugin ng taong-bayan kasi salot daw. Yung isang bata naman, si Ayesha, lalasunin ni Bianca King as Bawana."
He's told he'll have a follow up show soon. "But I don't know the details yet, sinabi lang sa'kin ng manager ko, si Perry Lansigan. While waiting for that, I'm making a movie sa Regal, 'Mamarazzi', with Eugene Domingo. Third movie ko na ito sa Regal after 'Desperadas 2' with Ogie Alcasid and 'Shake, Rattle & Roll XI' sa Ruffa Gutierrez episode. Panay rin ang workout ko in preparation for the Bench fashion show kasi magbi-briefs lang daw ko so kailangan, I'll be in top form. Kina-career ko na talaga ang pagda-diet at gym."
Since he broke up with Daiana Menezes, he has had no lovelife. "Kailangan ba laging meron? E, walang time. Puro trabaho lang ako."

HOW TRUE is the story that Mark Anthony Fernandez is becoming "pasaway" again? We're told he's now a problem on the set of "Diva" where he's Regine Velasquez' leading man. He suddenly didn't show up at the taping without informing them. The staff tried to contact him but his cellphone has been turned off. We thought he has promised to turn over a new leaf? Is he having another personal problem these days? When he didn't show up at the 2nd anniversary of his dad's passing away, stepmom Lorna Tolentino said it's because he prefers to grieve for his late dad in private. Is Mark still grieving up to now? We just hope he won't neglect his career again as he's already 31 (he was born January 18, 1979) and he's definitely not getting any younger.

IS THE ROMANCE of Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo co-terminus with their soap? "Gumapang Ka sa Lusak" is on its last week and it's said that as it ends, it's obvious that Jen and Dennis are no longer that hot with each other. When they're not busy, they just stay inside their own car, unlike before when they'd spend their free moments with one another. Dennis allegedly got jealous of Rocco Nacino who played Jen's husband in the show.
GMA presented them to the press for a final presscon and they said they remain good friends. They denied that they have a gap but Dennis refused to answer the jealousy issue about Rocco. When asked about this, Jen said it's better to ask Dennis himself as she's not aware of such an issue.
"We'll always remain good friends," says Dennis. "Magiging forever memorable sa amin ang pagsasama namin in 'Gumapang'."
Rocco himself said there's no jealousy issue as far as he's concerned. "Okay kami ni Dennis," he says. "Wala kaming problema. Sa tingin ko, wala rin silang problema ni Jennylyn."
The last few episodes of "Gumapang Ka sa Lusak" will be exciting and explosive so be sure not to miss it. Some characters will die and see how the evildoers, like Mayor Guatlo (Al Tantay) who gets axed on the face by Jennylyn, get the very violent punishment they deserve in the nerve-wracking finale.
