AT HER presentation as Cenovis Fish Oil endorser, we tell Charlene Gonzales that she's the youngest and most glamorous lola ever, what with her husband Aga's son, Igiboy, now a dad. "Bakit kasama ko diyan?" she laughs. "Pati ako, damay, I'm only 36. But Igiboy is happy so we're happy for him."
What if their son Andres will also be a young dad? "Huwag naman. We'll guide him to make sure he'll prioritize his studies and be a responsible young man." She and Aga just celebrated their 9th wedding anniversary on May 28. "The twins are now 8. Ang bilis nga!"
When do they intend to have another baby? "Ever since, gusto namin talaga, 1 boy, 1 girl lang, e ibinigay agad. It's not part of our plans to have another one at the moment, pero bahala na si Lord."
Now that the kids are bigger, won't she go back to acting or dancing? "I do miss it sometimes kasi diyan ako nagsimula. But I don't regret devoting my time to caring for our kids in their formative years. I'm open to acting again but not a teleserye kasi it'll take too much of my time. Siguro, hosting na lang."
Does she get jealous when Aga is paired with younger actresses or with his exes? "No, not at all. Hindi ako nai-insecure sa ganyan. I trust him completely."
Does she really use Cenovis Fish Oil? "Yes. Even before they got me as an endorser, I take fish oil na kasi it's really good for the skin."
Why did Sanofi Aventis get her as endorser? "Because she's credible as the epitome of fitness and beauty," says product manager May Lim. "She really takes good care of her health and her family. She also has a very positive image and is never involved in negative publicities."
What's the difference of Cenovis from other such products? "Our Omega-3 fish oil is taken from fishes from the Peruvian sea and processed in Norway. It's the leading brand in Australia in lowering cholesterol to protect the heart. It's also cheaper at only P9.50 per capsule."

RAYMART SANTIAGO is thankful that after "Darna", he's now in "Pilyang Kerubin" as the dad of Barbie Forteza. "At least, hindi ako nababakante," he says.
He did action roles before, but he's now better known in drama, what with his acclaimed performance as an Alzheimer patient in his wife's own drama show, "Claudine". "Enjoy naman ako sa drama kahit mas mahirap mag-emote kaysa mag-action."
He is now a househusband while Claudine is in the U.S. filming "In Your Eyes" with Richard Gutierrez. "Na-delay nga alis nila kasi di agad naayos ang visa so nag-taping pa siya for her show. Sa akin naiwan sina Sabina at Santino. Pag may trabaho ako, naiiwan sila sa bahay at kung minsan, pinasusunod ko sa set para puntahan ako."
What can he say about the low ratings of "Claudine"? "I think it will pick up. Bago pa lang naman. Basta always give your best, ituloy nyo lang ang magandang trabaho and viewers will like it. So far, yung mga nakapanood naman, positive ang feedback nila, even sa performance ni Claudine, nagagandahan sila. Yun ang importante. Yung you deliver."
How about the reported rift between Claudine and her Ate Gretchen? "Naku, issue nila yan. Ayoko ng makigulo dyan. Sa kanila na lang yun. It's a private matter between them at tama namang huwag nang magsalita pa, kasi mas lalaki lang."

KC CONCEPCION's career is doing so well, hosting "The Buzz" and "Simply KC" and now starring with her own dad in the drama, "I'll Be There". How is it working with her dad? "Great," she says. "The day before he left Manila in 1995, he went to see me in a skating competition in Megamall and we had dinner later. He told me he's leaving the next day. I thought, bakasyon lang, babalik din siya agad. I was 10 then and I didn't know it'll take another 10 years bago kami magkita uli when I visited him in the States in the spring of 2005. I stayed with him for 10 days and we tried our best to catch up with each other's lives."
Is the movie's story based on their own experiences? "It's about a father and a daughter na nagkalayo, pero iba ang sitwasyon. In the film, he's the one who returned to Manila at akong naiwan sa States. I play Maxi de la Cerna, a fashion designer in New York. My mom has died at may naiwang land sa province na part ng conjugal property nila ng dad ko. I'm forced to go to Manila to get that property to pay some debts in the U.S. even if I hated my dad so much. Wala namang ganun in real life kasi I never really hated my dad. Ang daming heated confrontation scenes sa movie at walang ganung nangyari sa'min ng papa ko in real life. For a while, I thought nga, baka feelings of recrimination might be awakened in me while we do such scenes, pero wala namang ganung nangyari."
KC is so happy that her mom Sharon Cuneta and her dad will be together with her this Sunday in "Sharon" when they promote the movie there. "I'm really looking forward to it."

RICHIE PAUL GUTIERREZ, at 23 the youngest son of Eddie Gutierrez and Annabelle Rama, once tried joining showbiz as a hiphop artist. This time, he tries acting by playing the role of a friendly cop in "Pilyang Kerubin". His brother Richard is very secretive about his lovelife even if it's already an open secret that he's on with Jewel Mische, who's also in "Pilyang Kerubin" but was absent in the presscon as she's with Richard who's shooting "In Your Eyes" in the States. Are they really on? He answers in the affirmative. Does their mom approve of Jewel? "It's better to ask her yourself," he says. "But we can see Mommy likes her kasi mabait naman si Jewel, pretty, smart, at very religious pa. Mahilig magbasa ng Bible."
How's it working with Jewel? "Hindi pa kami nagkakaeksena kasi first week pa lang ng taping, baka later. But one time, we had lunch together. Okay naman siya, no problem."
Among Chard's many girlfriends, who does he think is the best? "Lahat naman sila, okay. Wala siyang naging girlfriend na hindi maganda at mabait. Magaling pumili yun."
What happens now to his being a hiphop artist? "Siempre, hindi ko basta maiiwanan yun kasi first love ko yun. I'll save money to poduce my own rap album."
Does he want to have his own identity in showbiz? "Siempre naman. Kasi before, kilala ko as anak ni Eddie Gutierrez o ni Annabelle Rama, later, kapatid ni Ruffa, ni Richard, ni Raymond. I never feel insecure about that kasi sanay na ko sa ganun and I'm proud of my family dahil respetado naman sila sa industry. But it'd be nice to be recognized on your own. I'm serious now sa acting so, sana, mapansin naman ako rito."
Does he have a girlfriend? "Before, non-showbiz, but we broke up six months ago. So unattached ako ngayon."
