DJ MO ON RHIAN: 'SHE WON'T LIKE ME, I'M AN UNANO'

LATELY, ALL the feuds in showbiz are between women: Angelica Panganiban vs. Gretchen & Claudine Barretto, Mariel Rodriguez vs. Toni Gonzaga, KC Concepcion & Anne Curtis, Marian Rivera vs. Bela Padilla, Tuesday Vargas vs. Wilma Doesnt, Heart Evangelista vs. Bianca King, Annabelle Rama vs. Angeli Pangilinan, Pilita Corrales vs. Lotlot de Leon, Nadia Montenegro vs. Alex Gonzaga, so it’s refreshing (refreshing daw, o) to have a feud now between two guys who get physical while playing basketball: DJ Mo and Luis Alandy. Luis should be thankful as he now has plenty of publicity, courtesy of Mo who says he doesn’t know why Luis is sore at him. It’s said Luis got annoyed when Mo talked about him in his TV5 show as an unwed dad who neglects his twin love sons. But Mo didn’t mention his name and just presented this as a blind item, which turned out to be false since the kids are not really Luis’ but belong to a good friend of his.

Mo is really nice to interview as he answers all questions and there’s no off the record. Didn’t he feel ill at ease with Maricar Reyes, his co-star in “White House” who plays the producer of the haunted house reality show that Mo joins? In real life, she’s one of the victims of his best friend Hayden Kho. “I don’t feel guilty by association to Hayden so I was the one who first talked to her. She’s so nice and sweet. Malalim siya and a good actress. Of course, we never talked about her and Hayden anymore.”

What happened to the court case filed against him by GMA-7 for moving to TV5? “It’s still in court. Hinamon daw ng GMA lawyer ng suntukan yung lawyer ko. Grabe, it’s exciting. My first court case, may action.”

He keeps on denying Rhian Ramos. How come GMA’s Arnold Clavio said he personally saw them dating in a resto? “Sinungaling yang si Arnold. When he saw us, we were with KC Montero, but he conveniently forgot KC at kami lang ang sinabi ni Rhian. Rhian will never like me as I’m not hunky like JC De Vera or Aljur Abrenica. I’m just an unano (midget). Ha-ha-ha!”
