NADINE SAMONTE RAN AWAY FROM MOM

IT FIRST CAME OUT as a blind item about a young actress who felt being strangled by her controlling mom so she rebelled and ran away from home. Nadine Samonte doesn’t hide the fact that she’s the subject of that blind item. She admits it’s true she has declared her independence and now lives in her own condo unit, but she doesn’t like to discuss what happened anymore. “My mom and I have already talked about it at ayos na kami kaya ayoko ng pag-usapan pa yan as we’ve both moved on,” she says. “Basta tanggap niyang kaya ko nang mamuhay on my own.”

Nadine continues to play the villainous Shirley in “Endless Love”. She says that she even if oppresses Marian Rivera as Jenny in the show, they’re really the best of friends off cam. “I join forces with Bela Padilla as Yumi to make sure Marian won’t end up with my brother Johnny who’s played by Dingdong Dantes. Marian accept the money offered to her by Dennis Trillo as Andrew to be used for chemotherapy sana, but she knows it’s useless and her days are numbered so she’ll just return it.”
