Maggie Wilson to Victor Consuji: Age and height don’t matter

MAGGIE WILSON is getting married to businessman Victor Consunji on December 18 at Misibis Bay Resort in Bicol.  Prior to the wedding Maggie got a car and house and lot from Victor.  Director Joel Lamangan wants to make sure she finishes all her scenes in “Beauty Queen” as she’d be gone for three weeks. Her Vera Wang gang that she bought in the U.S. has arrived but it didn’t fit her anymore. “I lost weight kasi while taping ‘Beauty Queen’,” she says. “Pero pina-adjust ko na.”

She admits her role as Rebecca in “Beauty Queen” is her most challenging so far. “Best friend ako ni Iza Calzado na naging kontrabida sa kanya. Sabi ko nga kay Iza, baka awayin ako ng fans niya. I hope they realize I’m just playing a role and not take it seriously.”

Is it true Victor is much older than her? “Yes, by nine years kasi 22 lang ako he’s 31. I’m also taller by two inches. 5’9” ako and he’s 5’7”. Pero okay lang yun. Age and height don’t matter. Lahat ng ex ko, taller ako.” They’ll have their honeymoon in Europe. “But first, aasikasuhin muna namin all our relatives who’re coming from abroad to attend the wedding. Series of family reunions ito.”
