THERE’LL BE no “Party Pilipinas” this Sunday as GMA-7 will show the Pacquiao-Margarito fight. As of this writing, many of Manny’s fans are worried as his opponent is much bigger than him. He’s only 5’6” while Margarito is 5’11” and has a longer reach. Text messages from the U.S. are even saying Manny’s trainer, Freddie Roach, “is losing sleep on this fight. He has noticed a drop off in Pacquiao’s concentration and he thinks it’s very possible for Manny to lose this fight.” Of course, Manny’s fans are hoping Roach is very much mistaken in his opinion since Margarito maybe bigger but Manny is surely a much speedier fighter.
