Katrina Halili determined to fight for justice

CONG. IRWIN TIENG of Buhay party list is advicing Katrina Halili and her lawyer, Atty. Raymund Palad, to file an appeal of their case against Hayden Kho using the Cyberboso law he co-authored, Republic Act 9995 Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act, since the video of Katrina with Hayden is still being circulated up to now on the net and that’s still a crime. “Mahina kasi yung violence against women na isinampa nila,” he says. “Mas specific itong Cyberboso law na nandiyan na’t puede nilang gamitin at mas may laban sila.” Katrina Halili lost the case against Hayden Kho.

Atty. Palad has filed their appeal last Thursday and we don’t know if he followed Cong. Tieng’s advice. Katrina is dead set in her quest for justice so she wants to pursue the case further.

Hayden announced on TV that he is seeking her forgiveness. What can she say about this?
