    Ara Mina affair with Aljur Abrenica

    NO MATTER HOW hard they tried, writers interviewing Aljur Abrenica were not able to force him to reveal the name of the older actress to whom he said he lost his virginity when he was 17. “Si Ara Mina ba?” asked one writer. “Kasi siya lang ang mature actress na nakatrabaho mo noon sa ‘Dapat Ka Bang Mahalin’.”

    “No comment na lang po ako diyan, sa akin na lang yan. Irespeto na lang po natin siya.”

    Ara Mina herself answered the issue on Twitter: “Natawa ako sa chismis. Di ko alam kung bakit sinasabing ako. Bakit ako? Nakakatawa lang kasi dapat, noon pa kami na-link nung may show kami together. Smile na lang ako.”

    Aljur is glad that his “Machete” rated very well on its first week. He himself sang the theme song, “Ikaw Na Nga Ba”. “At least, hindi nasayang ang pagpapagod naming mapaganda talaga ang show.
