RAYMOND GUTIERREZ hosted the live remote coverage of “Showbiz Central” for the participation of Kapuso Stars in the Cebu Sinulog Festival. Richard Gutierrez was supposed to ride on the float of his movie, “
My Valentine Girls”, but he’s burning with fever so his mom Annabelle Rama didn’t allow him to leave for Cebu, whose mayor, Mike Rama, is her first cousin. “Pagod kasi siya sa sunod-sunod na shooting for the three stories of ‘Valentine Girls’, so bumaba siguro ang resistencia,” she says. “Naka-packed na bagahe niya, but I told him to just rest para di na lumala sakit niya at makapag-shoot siya uli to finish the movie in time for its February 7 premiere night at SM Megamall. ”
It’s two of Richard’s leading ladies who rode on their float, Rhian Ramos of ‘Soulmates’ episode and Solenn Heussaff of ‘BBFF’ episode. Annabelle’s other talent in Royale Artists Management also road on the float: Ehra and Michelle Madrigal, Bubbles Paraiso, Jon Hall, and JC De Vera. Rhian and JC used to be on when JC was still with GMA-7 but they didn’t part amicably so Rhian gave JC the cold shoulder.
