Ryza Cenon is going sexy in Machete

RYZA CENON is playing a lead role in “Machete” but she’s still playing the supporting role of Darlene in “Koreana” so she had to be killed when the gas tanks in the restaurant of Rocco Nacino explode. She didn’t have second thoughts supporting Kris, winner in Starstruck IV, even if she herself was the female winner in Starstruck II. Ryza also played support to Starstruck III winner Jackie Rice in Tisay.

Now, she’s paired with Kris’ former ka-love team in “Machete”, Aljur Abrenica, who’s also the male winner in Starstruck IV. It’s said Ryza is going sexy in “Machete” and she admits it. “It’s a career move,” she says. “Ang tagal ko na sa supporting roles so I grabbed this chance to play a lead role opposite Aljur kahit sexy yung role. Hindi naman super sexy kasi let’s face it, we’re showing this on TV and also intended for kid audiences. Pero basta, kakaririn ko ito so GMA execs will realize kaya ko ng gumanap sa mature lead roles.”
