TWEETBIZ AND Party Pilipinas host Tim Yap officially signed up with GMA Artist Center to be a creative partner and consultant to help promote the network and its talents with his Team Yap Productions that handles various events. He has big plans for GMA stars participating in a red carpet event where they’ll be wearing designs from Prada and Balenciaga from Paris and use Louis Vuitton products. “I want GMA stars to feel they’re really stars and I’ll try my best to make them shine brighter. I will be acting like a bridge for GMA stars to reach more people, gain more exposure, and also to help train them and become better artistas.”
How did he start being part of showbiz? “I began with having so many friends from the industry then I was asked to guest in some shows hanggang ayan, regular host na nga ako.” He was the one who first reported the news that Shaina Magdayao called Ruffa Gutierrez at 2AM. Did Ruffa get mad at him because of that?
“Ruffa wasn’t the one who told me that and I was just trying to confirm kung totoo nga yun. That’s all I did, tapos marami ng ibang lumabas from other people, so hindi siya sa’kin nagalit. I’m a good friend of the whole Gutierrez family so they know I don’t mean to harm anyone.”
