Discovered by GMA-7 in Starstruck, her biggest roles with them was playing villain to Heart Evangelista in “Ngayon at Kailanman” and “Langit sa Piling Mo”. Then she was managed by Annabelle Rama who moved her to TV5 where she first did “My Driver Sweet Lover”. Now, she plays one of the lead roles in “Mga Nagbabagang Bulaklak” as a daughter of Sheryl Cruz who wants to make it big in showbiz. She’s even the one who utters the title.
Arci’s mom, Mrs. Yolly Munoz, accompanied her to the show’s launch and said her Spanish husband reacted upon seeing the trailer showing Arci cavorting in the river in a wet kamison. “Sobrang sexy raw ang dating, but I told her to trust Arci’s manager, si Annabelle Rama, as I know she won’t let our daughter do something objectionable,” she says. “We’re thankful nga sa kanya kasi sunod-sunod ang projects ni Arci ngayon and this is her biggest break so far.”
Ruffa Gutierrez is convincing her mom to let Arci join a beauty pageant. “Sayang kasi pam-beauty queen siya,” she says.
“Maski gusto rin niyang sumali, hindi puede,” says Annabelle. “She just signed a 3-year contract with TV5 at yun muna ang priority niya.”
