HAYDEN KHO was no longer in “Paparazzi” last Sunday. There are various reasons given as to why he quit after three weeks. One rumor says he’s asking too high a talent fee and TV5 cannot give it to him so he left. Another one says TV5 realized he’s not doing the show any good so he was dumped. It’s not true the ratings increased while he was there as a lot of people were turned off by him. If people like him, someone said, then his newly opened perfume business would boom, but it’s not, just like the bar he opened at Morato Ave. with the help of his inamorata, which also quickly folded up. Another plausible reason we heard is that Dr. Vicky Belo prevailed on him not to cultivate a showbiz career anymore so they can lead a more normal life.
“Mga patay kasi, nabubuhay pa,” like what Ruffa Gutierrez said in the show last Sunday. But Hayden is really “showbiz na showbiz” and he enjoys being in the limelight so we have a feeling he’ll still make a comeback sooner or later. Pinagbibigyan lang niya si Dra. Belo for now.
