Jay Manalo a new man because of Anabelle Rama

JAY MANALO’s performance as Charles in “Babaeng Hampaslupa” is getting good feedback so we’re not surprised that TV5 has signed him up to a 3-year exclusive contract and he’s now also taping “Ang Utol Kong Hoodlum” for them as main villain to JC De Vera. “Lagari ako ngayon sa sets ng two shows,” he says. “Tuwing Tuesday and Wednesday, wala akong tulog niyan kasi magkasunod ang tapings ko. But no regrets.”

He’s having a great time with Annabelle Rama, who’ll be her manager for the next five years. “I like it na derecho siya. Before she got me, she told me all the negative things she heard about me and I like that kasi, yung mga maling ginagawa ko, may chance akong itama sila.”

“He’s very well behaved now,” says Annabelle. “Laging maaga sa set and has not given me any problems.”

“Ginagawa kong mabuti ang trabaho ko dahil ayokong mawala kay Tita Annabelle. I’ve changed for the better for my family,” he says. “I have 10 kids and the eldest two are now 18 years old. They all know each other even if they got different moms.”
