Lovi Poe breaks up with Ronald Singson

LOVI POE WAS interviewed in “Showbiz Central” and she’s all set to go daring in her next movie with Regal, “Temptation Island”. “I was only 16 when I joined showbiz so pa-sweet pa ko noon,” she says. “But now that I’m past 20, I think I’m ready for more mature roles.”

She later revealed that she has broken up with Ronald Singson even before the Hongkong court sentenced him to 18 months in jail. It’s Ronald who told her he’s setting her free as he knows it’ll be a difficult situation for Lovi while he’s in Hongkong while she goes on with her life and career here. “For that, I admire him all the more. Mabait talaga siya, not selfish, as he knows mahirap talaga ang magiging sitwasyon namin so he willingly let me go. He even said I have to move on, put the past behind and focus on my career. But he’ll always be special to me and I’ll never forget him. My respect for him will always be there. After this, I don’t want to talk about what happened anymore. I just want to dwell on the positive and move forward.”
