Maribeth Bichara contravida in Good Vibes

MARIBETH BICHARA is happy over her role as the terror teacher in “Good Vibes”. “This is my dream role, to be a contravida,” she says. “Assistant principal ako rito kay Dominic Ochoa. My goal is get his position as the school principal. My last acting job was in ‘Saan Darating ang Umaga’ three years ago. After that, naging judge ako in dance shows, like ‘Showtime’. I’m happy to act again.”

Her character as Ms. Alexandra Torres is a real bitch. “There was a time my surname is spelled with a T, as in Bitchara. So ngayon, pangangatawanan ko na lang ang pagiging bitch. I’d like to thank Direk Lauren Dyogi for choosing me to play this role. Kinuha nila ko rito to give a dance workshop sa cast for two months. E, nakita nilang terror talaga ako sa mga bata so I was cast in the role of their terror teacher. Buti’t yung mga bata rito, magagaling talaga sumayaw. I’m proud to be part of ‘Good Vibes’ kasi marami talagang mapupulot na lessons and good values ang mga kabataan mula rito.”
