Aside from “Paparazzi”, she’s now busy taping a new primetime soap, “Mga Nagbabagang Bulaklak”, TV5’s followup to the successful “Babaeng Hampaslupa”. “I play a top TV executive who calls the shots, married to Richard Gomez who flirts with our new stars like Valerie Concepcion and Carla Humphries. All of us are named after flowers at ako si Orchidia. Classy and elegant ako rito, and well loved, like Ma'am Charo Santos of ABS. I have Alyanna Martinez as my own stylist for my role. I don’t quarrel with my husband’s mistresses but I befriend them. All of us are dancers here. I’m a former superstar dancer, si Valerie ang papalaos na dancer and si Carla ang kanyang top rival. Kasama rin sa show si Sheryl Cruz as mom to two upcoming dancers, Arci Munoz and Ritz Alzul. Lahat kami, kumuha ng dance workshop sa TV5, directed by Jon Red and Cris Pablo. This is not a remake or adaptation but a very original concept, a drama revolving on dancing and the quest for fame and power.”
GMA is planning a show like this called dancerye, but it’s obvious TV5 moved faster than them in mounting such a show.
