The British Royal Wedding in the eyes of the Masang Pinoy

ALL THE TOP networks have their own live coverage of the Prince William and Kate Middleton royal wedding. GMA-7 starts theirs at 5PM with the arrival of the guests in Buckingham Palace. Jessica Soho, Vicky Morales and Coney Sison are there now to cover it live. They’ll show actual footage of the wedding by BBC via Reuters. TV5’s, in turn, is the exclusive partner of Independent Television Network (ITN), the official royal wedding channel in the U.K. Their representatives to cover the event in London are Cheryl Cosim, Cheri Mercado and Shawn Yao. ABS-CBN also has its own coverage.

Frankly though, we don’t think the masang Pilipino would be interested to watch this wedding concerning British royalty. Honestly, we ourselves don’t give a damn, but we’re praying their marriage would last for good, unlike the parents of Prince William whose mom died tragically with a new boyfriend after the separation from his dad.
