Rachel, now 37, has been linked before to Dingdong Avanzado (who’s game enough to write a wedding song for her entitled ‘The One’ and here’s hoping wife Jessa Zaragoza won’t get jealous again), former actor Lee Robin Salazar, and businessman Philip Palma but it’s Carlos who’s lucky enough to walk her down the aisle. Her maid and man of honor are best friends Geneva Cruz and Ricky Rivero, with manager Girlie Rodis and Atlantis Productions director Bobby Garcia (who megged her in “
Avenue Q” and “Xanadu”) as principal sponsors. All her sisters (including half sisters with her mom who are based in the U.S.) and half brother Ali (son of dad Hajji with the late Rio Locsin) will all be there. Carlos is based in Bangkok, but they eventually plan to move to the U.S.
