Alwyn Uytingco a jinx to GF Jennica Garcia's career

ALWYN UYTINGCO says he made the right move when he left ABS-CBN to join TV5. As a Kapatid, he now stars in two shows: “Babaeng Hampaslupa” and “Iskul Bukol”. “I’m really happy kasi I do drama with Susan Roces, Eddie Garcia and Alex Gonzaga in ‘Babaeng Hampaslupa’ and now, I’m also given the chance to do comedy in ‘Iskul Bukol’,” he says. “I really want to be in a sitcom kasi part ako ng ‘Ang TV’ as a child actor and ‘Bida si Mister’ as a teener sa ABS-CBN before. Sa comedy ako lumaki. Now, I get to work with a new batch of comedy actors in ‘Iskul Bukol’ and I’m really having so much fun.”

What else would he like to do? “I’m wishing I’d be given the chance to do a show with Jennica Garcia (the daughter of Jean Garcia with whom he’s been going steady for over a year now). Sana ipahiram siya ng GMA-7 to TV5 or I’d be given the chance by TV5 to work with her sa GMA.”

What does he like in Jennica? “She serves as an inspiration. She was with me noong walang dumarating na offers sa career ko. Masarap siyang mag-alaga. She cooks for me and when I visit her, she even gives me a massage. Now that I’m having good projects, I want to share it with her at sana, magtuloy-tuloy na ito.”

Some say he's a jinx to Jennica's career as she has no show on GMA-7 now? "First time ko narinig yan. Di naman yan totoo. Kasama siya sa 'Bantatay' na naging big hit at matagal umere. I think may bagong show na hinahanda for her."
