ONE OF THE MOST promising child stars on GMA-7 is Daniela Amable of “My Chubby World”. She’s so pretty we have a feeling she’ll be a big star when she grows up. Born on Aug. 25, 2001 to a Pinay from Leyte and a German-American dad who was with he U.S. Air Force, she has yet to see her dad who returned to Ohio in the U.S. even before she was born. She started with ABS-CBN in “Pedro Penduko” when she was 4 years old. With GMA-7, she played the young Kris Bernal in “Dyesebel”, the young Rhian Ramos in “Ilumina”, the young Bela Padilla in “Machete”, the young Iza Calzado in “Beauty Queen” and the young Sam Pinto in “Captain Barbell”. With her earnings, she was able to buy a two-bedroom house for her mom i9n Bacoor, Cavite. Even if she’s now busy with acting, she hasn’t neglected her studies and is now in grade 5 at Montessori Cavite this coming June. Does she still have time to play? “Yes po, at home. I play with computer games or board games like snakes and ladders and Chinese checkers.”
How is it being one of the hosts of “My Chubby World” every Saturday at 8:15 AM along with Renz Valerio, Gianna Cutler and Zyrael Jestre? “Masaya po. Friends po kaming lahat. Para lang kami naglalaro sa taping. Pinapasaya kami ni Director Don Michael Perez at ng production staff para hindi kami antukin sa set.”
