RHIAN RAMOS is trying to get her life back to normal after her controversial love affair with DJ Mo that most people predicted won’t last even then. She’s back to acting taping a new episode of “Spooky Nights Presents” called “Snow White Lady and the Seven Ghosts” with Enzo Pineda, Daniel Matsunaga, Celia Rodriguez and Angeli Nicole Sanoy of “Magic Palayok” that starts airing this Saturday night. Why did she get a lawyer? “It’s my own decision to get a lawyer to give me advice about what’s happening,” she says. “We decided to fix everything quietly pa di na umabot pa sa court. Kaya lang, we’re not in control of everything. I can control only yung sa sarili ko. But if yung ibang tao will do it in a different way, then we’ll have to change our moves. I just don’t want the feeling na helpless ka sa ginagawang mali ng ibang tao. I just want a peaceful life. Iniisip ko na lang, I still have so many things to be thankful for. Why focus on the things na di ka thankful, di ba? One thing I’m so thankful of is having a family who supports me all the way. My dad even left his job abroad just to be with me here in Manila in these trying times. There’s really no better love than what your family can give you.”
Is she ready to entertain new suitors? “Ayoko na. I just think more about myself now. I’m excited to go back to acting. To keep myself busy, I also go to the gym and enrolled in some classes para naman hindi showbiz lang ang focus ng buhay ko. One lesson I learned from what happened is give importance to yourself and try to make yourself grow and be a better person. My life is more normal now without twitter. But I do miss my fans kasi that’s how I communicate with them. Baka one day, kayanin ko ring bumalik.”
