RICHARD GUTIERREZ is taping for “Captain Barbell” everyday, including Sunday which he doesn’t normall do, since he’s leaving for Las Vegas this Thursday to watch the Pacquiao vs. Mosley match at the MGM Grand Arena on Sunday. “Okay lang kung wala akong pahinga these days,” he says. “Pagdating na lang sa States, doon ako babawi ng rest and sleep. Bonding time din yun ng family naming kasama ko kasi sina mom and dad and my brothers. Si Ate Ruffa lang ang wala sa amin as she’s busy with her shows here.”
He wants to thank all those who follow “Captain Barbell”. “Marami talagang nanonood at very positive ang feedback kahit nung mga nanonood sa GMA Pinoy TV abroad, kaya naman kahit mainit ngayon at dusa talaga mag-action scenes with all of us in our respective costumes, tinitiis naming sa ikagaganda lang ng show. Marami pang mangyayari sa story kaya wag silang bibitaw. We have new villains in Akihiro Sato and Paolo Paraiso at papasok din si Jennylyn Mercado as a woman who’ll take Jillian Ward away from me. Si Bea Binene naman as Misha will suspect that her brother Mike Tan as Teban is actually the villain Anino.”
It’s said he has found a new GF who, like Solenn Heussaff, is Filipino-French and they’ll be together when he goes to the U.S. “Like what I said, parents ko’t mga kapatid ang kasama ko, wala ng iba.”
