ELLEN ADARNA is already a hit on the internet even before she formally joined showbiz as a Kapuso star. It’s touted that she’s a flippant playgirl who changes boyfriends so often. “That’s not true,” she says on the set of “Captain Barbell” where she plays Kat, whose alterego is Fuega, the superhero with power to start fires. “I’m not a playgirl kasi never ko namang pinagsabay-sabay ang mga boyfriend ko. Lahat sila, one at a time lang. Pero totoong oras na may makaalam na wala na akong karelasyon, may mga lumalapit na agad na bagong suitors. Di ko naman siguro kasalanan yun.”
She’s now in the top 10 of the list of FHM’s Sexiest Women and her exposure in “Captain Barbell” and as one of the Bubblets in “Bubble Gang” has caused her suitors to multiply even more. “Nakapila sila,” she laughs. “Joke lang. The truth is wala akong time sa boys sa dami ng trabaho ko ngayon. Also, committed na ko to a non-showbiz guy, a businessman in his late 20s. Siya lang ang regular date ko and nobody else.”
