JACKIE RICE confesses she had second thoughts doing her love scene with Dominic Roco in “Sisid”. Is she worried her non-showbiz BF might complain? “No, he’s supportive at hindi nakikialam sa career ko,” she says. “I was more worried about myself as I’ve never done a love scene before. E, mahirap pa itong eksena namin kasi nasa tubig kami. I’m just thankful our director, Ricky Davao, is also an actor so he knew how to motivate me well. He said, gusto niya, mala-‘Blue Lagoon’ ni Brooke Shields ang eksena. Sabi ko, Direk, hindi ko naabutan yun kaya di ko alam. So he explained to me in detail what he envisions to do at nakuha ko naman. Tapos, gusto niya, mapapaluha ako during the love scene dahil nga bibigay ko pagkababae ko kay

“Sisid” is now on its third week and they’re all happy that its first two weeks rated very high. “Kabado kami noon kasi naiiba ito from other afternoon dramas, but we’re glad all our hard work paid off well. Hindi biro yung location naming sa Batangas na 6 hours ang layo back and forth for our tapings, tapos may underwater scenes pa. I have a feeling mas tataas pa ratings naming ngayon maraming tutol sa forbidden love ko as Eden with Dom as Sig. Unang-una na ang aming respective parents then si JC Tiuseco as Ahmed na gusto kong pakasalan. Dahil dito, yayain ako ni Dom na magtanan at magsarili na lang kami. Marami kaming daraanang pagsubok, babagyuhin ang barkong sasakyan namin, pero makakarating kami sa Maynila.”
