JACKIE RICE says it’s not true that her non-showbiz BF is a problem on the set of “Sisid”. “Unfair naman sabihing nakikialam siya dahil very supportive nga siya kahit sa sexy scenes na ginagawa ko,” she says. “Dumalaw man siya sa set, nasa isang tabi lang siya’t nanonood, hindi nakikialam at all.Kaibigan nga siya ng leading men kong sina JC Tiuseco at Dominic Roco. Nagkukuwentuhan pa sila.”But she’s happy with the show’s good ratings and the positive feedback she’s getting for her portrayal of the Eden, the island girl and pearl diver who wants to try life in the big city to give her family a better future. “What’s nice about the story is the twist sa love affair naming ni Dominic Roco as Sig, the city boy I fall in love with,” she says. “Anak pala siya ni Alicia Meyer as Alona, dating taga-isla namin na naka-affair ng father kong si Daniel Fernando at siyang dahilan kaya naging baldado ito. She returns to the island para maghiganti sa ama ko at sa lahat ng mga taga-isla na nagpalayas sa kanya noon. Magiging matindi rin ang love triangle sa amin nina Dominic at JC Tiuseco na siyang gusto ng parents kong mapangasawa ko.”
