Jennylyn Mercado should consult a counselor to get over her trauma

JENNYLYN MERCADO cried buckets in “Showbiz Central” when she answered her birth mother Jinkee’s accusations against her. “I was in grad 4 when I last saw her,” she says.

But her mom said she’s sending her regular financial support. Recently lang kami nagkaroon ng communication when we texted each other.”

Mommy Lydia, her adoptive mom, corroborates this.

What about the allegation she faked Jen’s birth certificate?

She said Jen was originally left by Jinkee to their sister Thelma when she went to work in Japan. But Thelma then went to Australia and left Jen with her. Jinkee returned and got Jen again. When she left to work in Dubai, she left Jen with her boyfriend, the one who battered Jen when she was 4 years old.

Our heart really melts for Jen and her sad childhood. We recommend that she sees a counsellor to help her sort out all the emotional baggage that she’s still carrying within her because of her traumatic experiences. She’ll never be able to have a successful relationship with anyone unless she puts all this first totally behind her. Otherwise, it’ll always manifest in some way or another in her future relationships.
