OUR CONDOLENCES to former Pres. Fidel Ramos and wife Ming for the passing of their second daughter, Jo Ramos, 54 years old, who once tried singing in local showbiz as a member of the band called Powerplay, on June 27. Also an expert water skier, Jo was formerly married to actor Lloyd Samartino and they have a son, Sergio, now 17 years old. Very few people knew that Jo had lung cancer. Even former husband said he only learned about it a week before she left. Her wake is being held at Funeraria Paz in Paranaque and internment will be on Friday, July 1.
