Will Bianca King be credible as an abused illiterate girl in All Mine to Give?

BIANCA KING was surprised when she learned she was chosen to play the lead role in “All Mine to Give”, allegedly the new title of “Sentensyada”. “I really didn’t expect it kasi I’m still playing an important role in ‘Captain Barbell’ as the assistant of Tito Eddie Gutierrez who helps train superheroes,” she says. “When I first heard about it, hindi ako agad naniwala. But when GMA boss Annette Gozon and GMA Artist Center’s Ida Henares congratulated me, aba, I told myself, totoo pala.”

How does she feel about it? “Siempre, I’m so happy and thankful to GMA kasi for seven years, I played nothing but support and kontrabida roles sa kanila. Happy naman ako magkontrabida, like in ‘The Last Prince’ na main villain ako kay Aljur Abrenica. Pero siempre, iba yung ikaw ang lead. I already know the story of ‘Sentensyada’ and it’s a very challenging role. For once, api-apihan ako rito so dapat, ibahin ko yung acting ko from being dating mataray to now being kawawa. Hindi ako pinag-aral dito kaya madali akong lokohin ng mga tao. I’ll really prepare for this and do workshops to make sure maging credible ako sa role ko. I also want to thank Iza Calzado kasi this was first offered to her daw pero tinanggihan niya dahil sa busy sked niya. I really don’t mind kahit second choice lang ako. I also welcome getting the chance to work with Dennis Trillo and Alessandra de Rossi in this show.”
