The eldest of two daughters of Bennie Espina who owns Bennie Bebe Fashion in Island Pacific in Woodland Hills, California, Chelo was born in Cebu but raised in L.A. She’s been training in voice, dance, acting, modelling and public speaking since she was six. In 2006, she graduated from London in business administration, summa cum laude.
