Nico Antonio busy with films and TV assignments

AFTER TWO years with Star Magic, Nico Antonio of Voyzboys finally gets some good assignments. He’s in the new soap of Cristine Reyes and Rayver Cruz on ABS-CBN, “Reputasyon”, and he’s also in the new Star Cinema movie, “The Adventures of Pureza, Queen of the Riles”. “I play the best friend of Rayver in ‘Reputasyon’ and, in ‘Pureza’, kabarkada ako nina Melai Cantiveros, Jason Francisco and Martin del Rosario,” he says.

Nico is also in the Cinemalaya entries, “Amok” directed by Lawrence Fajardo and “Bisperas” directed by Jeffrey Jeturian. “I play the role of a traffic violator na maangas who witnesses yung paghuhuramentado ng isang lalaki in ‘Amok’ and I play an innkeeper in the Panunuluyan scene of the Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Joseph in ‘Bisperas’.”

Despite his busy acting sked, Nico hasn’t neglected his law studies at San Sebastian which he expects to finish by next year.
