Bagets Season 2 has new exciting twist in its story

VIVA ENTERTAINMENT presented to the press the stars of their co-production with TV5, “Bagets, Just Got Lucky”, to usher in its new season. The whole cast is there: AJ Muhlach as Ace, the athletic scholar who can’t express his feelings for his childhood friend; Nadine Lustre of Popgirls as George, AJ’s bright but boyish crush; Josh Padilla as Jules, the balikbayan brat who becomes AJ’s rival over George; Aki Torio as Hiro, the Japino guy; Meg Imperial as Lizelle, Aki’s love interest; Rico de la Paz as JC, a boy whose parents are always fighting; Shy Carlos as Gail, the barkada’s girly girl in love with Rico; Eula Caballero as Tara, the social climber who learns from her mistakes.

An addition to the cast is Imee Hart as Shy’s sister who’ll be AJ’s new love interest in the second season where AJ will also discover that his father is Jao Mapa and he and Josh are half brothers. One of the guys introduced in the first season, Johan Laurence as Santi, has resigned from the show to give in to his jealous real life girlfriend who doesn’t want him to join showbiz. He’s paired with Eula Caballero in the story but he’s made to appear to have gone abroad to study. After not being able to tape several episodes for the new season, Johan has signified his intention that he wants to return to the show as he has already split from his real life girlfriend. Viva is not yet sure if they’d accommodate him. “Bagets” is aired Sundays at 4:30 PM on TV5.
