UNDISPUTED BOSSA Nova Queen Sitti is celebrating her 10th anniversary in showbiz. To mark this important occasion, she’s having a solo concert at Music Museum on September 16, 8 PM, “Ang Aking Awitin”. Sitti re-introduced bossa nova in the local music scene, leading to a revival of the music genre and spawning other bossa nova wannabes, none of whom is as successful as her. Her musical influences include Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughn, Astrud Gilberto, and Gal Costa.
