JC De Vera leaving Annabelle Rama?

IS IT TRUE JC De Vera wants to leave the stable of Annabelle Rama’s talent in Royale Artists Management? “Not at all,” he says. “I’m very happy with Tita Annabelle at mahaba pang itatakb ng contract ko with her so it’s definitely not true. Also, happy rin ako with the assignments she’s getting for me sa TV5. Aside from ‘Lokomoko U’ and ‘Hey, It’s Saberday’, ayan nga, sa wakas, matutuloy na rin next month ang airing ng ginawa kong remake ng ‘Ang Utol Kong Hoodlum’ with Jasmine Curtis Smith that have scenes shot on location in Sydney, Australia.”

The show was originally to start its telecast last May yet but TV5 decided to delay it to give way to Robin Padilla’s “Guns and Roses” on ABS-CBN. Robin was the star of “Utol’s” original movie version. “In a way, nakatulong ang delay para mas mapaganda ang post-production ng show. I’m now proud to say it’s the best show I’ve done so far. While we were in Australia, Pinoys there visited us sa taping and I’d like to thank them for all their help while we were staying there with them.”

JC was chosen by Yes Magazine as one of their most beautiful people in showbiz. His friends say he’s really beautiful inside and out, but more than being beautiful, he is a fine actor. For “Utol Kong Hoodlum”, he prepared hard for his role that involves a lot of action scenes. He trained with stunt directors, worked out in the gym and did martial arts. All the hard work is now evident in his finely muscled physique.
