How does he feel when some folks said he should not have joined the Cosmo bash as he’s not buff enough? “Sa’kin okay lang. Walang issue yun. Makapal talaga mukha kong rumampa, e. Basta happy akong na-experience ko na maging part of it. Basta ang alam ko, marami rin namang natuwa sa pagsali ko roon, so di ko na lang iniintindi ang negative comments. Next year, I’ll join again at magwo-workout na ko para mas mapaghandaan ko siya nang husto.”
He’s happy that his current soap,”Time of My Life”, is rating very well. “Maraming teenagers, nagre-request na ilipat kami sa earlier time slot kasi halos 10 PM na kami napapanood. Kung may school sila the next day, they have to sleep early. E, gusto nila mapanood yung dance sequences sa show. This week, yung character ko, aalis muna sa grupo namin nina Kris Bernal at Rocco Nacino na Motion Masters at lilipat ako doon sa rival group nina LJ Reyes na Elite Crew. Malaking eksena rin yung nagkaroon ng sunog and Kris is trapped in the middle of the fire.”
He has just finished a new movie, ‘Hitman’, where he plays an offbeat role. “Akala mo, nerd ako rito, pero psycho killer pala. It’s very challenging and I have to thank Direk Cesar Montano for giving me the role.”
